Mason Ezelle SowardMason Ezelle Soward, 70, of Denton went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2016 in Denton, TX. He was born on August 5, 1946 in Raymondville, TX to Henry and Madlan Soward. Mason married Maria DeJesus Silva in Rio Hondo, TX on March 11, 1967.He joined the Army and Served in the Vietnam War later joining the National Guard for a 4 year term. Mason was also a member of the Denton and Lake Dallas V.F.W.Mason is survived by his wife Maria, son Mason E. Soward Jr., two daughters Linda Gail Hartwell, Monique Lynn Powers, seven grandchildren and one great-grand daughter.He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Madlan Soward.A Memorial will be scheduled at a later date.
