On January 19, 2025, the world lost a beloved member of the community. Maryl Rodgers, born on February 4, 1942 in Powhatan, Arkansas passed away peacefully at the age of 82.
Maryl was a devoted wife to her husband Donald Rodgers, whom she married in 1977. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Debbie Shipman and Doyle Shipman. Maryl was also a proud grandmother to 4 grandchildren, Braxton shipman, Jennifer wright, Michael Ashing, Trisha Combs.
Throughout her life, Maryl found joy in simple pleasures like cooking and exploring flea markets. Her warm smile and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her.
Though she may be gone, Maryl's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Rest in peace, Maryl Rodgers.
