Mary S. QuijadaOjai, CAMary S. Quijada, 95, of Ojai passed away on Friday evening, January 20, 2017. Mary was born on October 22, 1921 in Ojai and was a lifetime Ojai resident. Mary worked as a clerk for the Rexall Pharmacy, the Hallmark Card Shop in Ojai, and the Ojai Bakery.Mary is survived by her son: Frederick P. Ontiveros, of Illinois; her daughters: Barbara Coffman Volock, of Washington and Mary "Mimi" Elliott, of Washington; grandchildren: Robert, James, Jennifer, Gordon, Christopher, and Elizabeth; and great-grandchildren: Mystary, Sydney, and Norah.Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 38 years, A.A. "Chemo" Quijada. He passed away in 1985.Rosary was recited with Funeral Mass following on Monday, January 23, 2017 in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Ojai at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura.
