Mary, one of six children, was born on March 12, 1945 to Martin and Consuelo (Sandoval) Cervantez in Melvin, Texas. Mary was an active member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and enjoyed serving as a member of prayer group. Mary worked at Ethicon and retired after many years of service.She was preceded in death by parents, brothers, Edward and Benny Cervantez, sister, Mary Conception DeAnda. Mary is survived by her daughter, Molly (Matin) Huss of Grand Prairie, Texas, sons, Henry Martinez, Jr. of San Angelo, Gabriel (Sabrina) Martinez, Travis Martinez both of San Angelo, grandchildren are, Mallory Huss, Jacob Huss, Jarek Huss, Mercedes Martinez, Lexus Martinez, Cierra Martinez, Gabriella Martinez, great-grandchildren are Oscar Garcia Barrera IV, and Noah Carter Kelcourse, sister, Mary Jessie (Castulo) Rodriguez, and brother, Juan Cervantez and many nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and rosary at 7 p.m. on Thursday March, 16, 2017, at Robert Massie Funeral Home.Funeral service is at 10 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Emilio Sosa, officiating.
