Martin, Mary L. Mary L. Martin, 79, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born on March 29, 1938 in Davenport, Iowa to George and Goldie Hiebing. Preceded in death by her husband, Bill, her brother, Donald Hiebing and her sister, Loretta Knickrehm. Survived by her children Bob Martin, Tim "T.J." (Janet) Martin, Barbara Van Norman, Kathy (Jim) Brewer. Grandchildren: Amy (Jeremy), Christy (Matthew), Kelsey, Katie, Jackie, Jenny, Mary and great grandchildren: Piper, Brayden and William. Mary was passionate about her faith, family, friends and golf. She was very active in Christ Child Society and volunteered at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. Visitation will be held 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Wednesday April 19, 2017, at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 with a 7:00 PM Scripture Service. Mass of the Resurrection will be held 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85253 with a private burial on Friday.
