Mary Jordan, was born on August 26, 1938 to the late  William and Eula Jordan. She fought a long but hard battle with cancer and departed this life on December 22, 2018 at Wilson Medical Center. She was educated in the Wilson public school system. In the late 1970s she moved to New York where she was employed at White Plains Memorial Hospital until her retirement.She was a loyal wrestling and basketball fan. She loved her family and had no trouble letting you know how she felt. Mary lovingly known as "Mama" was an outspoken, free-spirited, feisty, intergenic and loving woman.She joined Wilson Community Church at an early age, where she was a faithful member until her health began to decline.Mary leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Jimmie Jordan of 55 years, 10 children, Keith (Patricia), Julian (Emmalee), Micheal, Michelle, Marcus, Ronald, Suezette, Mary, Donna and Whitney Jordan. Mary is also is survived by 20 grandchildren and 3 step grand-children Kendra, Kenya(Christopher) and Diamond.Mary "Mama" Jordan will be missed and will live eternally in our hearts.
