Today, we mourn the passing of Mary Mitchell, who left this world on May 4, 2024, in Marysville, Washington. Mary was born on August 12, 1962, to her parents Vern and Carol Heying.

She is survived by her loving husband Mike Mitchell, whom she married in 2002. Together, they raised three children: Stazia Petrick, Anya Angerbauer (Spouse Russell Angerbauer), and Cody Mitchell. Mary was also a proud grandmother to two grandchildren, Aria and Lochlyn Angerbauer.

Mary dedicated her life to her passion as the owner of Mirage Salon & Spa. She was not only a successful businesswoman but also Graduated Cornish college of the Arts in 2000. She was a talented artist, costume designer, painter, crafter, and handywoman. Her creative spirit and attention to detail were evident in everything she did.

Despite her many accomplishments, Mary will be remembered most for her spontaneous dancing, infectious laughter, and curly mermaid hair. She had a way of brightening up any room with her presence and bringing joy to those around her.

As we say goodbye to Mary, we can take solace in the fact that her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, Mary Mitchell.
