Mary G. Hernandez1944 - 2014Mary G. Hernandez, 69, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Monday, Dec. 15, 2014, at her residence.She was born on Dec. 16, 1944, to the late Severo and Florinda (Rengo) Gonzalez in McAllen, Texas. She was educated in the schools of McAllen.On Feb. 7, 1990, she married Natividad Hernandez in Michigan. He preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 1997.Mary worked as a CNA at Victory Hospital in Waukegan. Then she worked on the assembly line at AMC for a few years.Mary was a member of Apostolic Missionary Church.Mary loved reading and was an avid Packer fan. Mary loved worshipping, singing and spending time with her family.Mary is survived by her children Tammy Ruiz, Lisa (Marcial Figueroa) Contreras, Lynda "Michelle" (Mario Tovar) Contreras and Mark (Theresa) Hernandez, all of Kenosha; her 10 grandchildren and her six great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her brother Severo Gonzales II; a sister Leticia Hernandez; her grandson Zachary Hernandez; her granddaughter Mikayla Gonzales, and her nephew Severo Gonzales III.Private Family Services will be held.
