Garcia, Mary Alice GARCIA, Mary Alice, 83 of Surprise, Arizona, passed peacefully at her home with her family by her side on August 17, 2017. She was born on July 30, 1934 in Glendale, Arizona. She grew up in Citrus Park with her mother, Uncle Alonzo, Aunt Avelina, Aunt Rita, Uncle Kiki and brother Ronnie. She is survived by her loving daughters, Anna Fidela "Fifi", her husband Chris Calzada, and Margarita Garcia; grandchildren Christopher Gene Calzada II, Monica and her husband Jorge Cruz, and Angelica Calzada; great-grandchildren Leilani, Johnny, Lulu, Charlie and Cash; her brother Ronnie E. Morales and his wife Margie Morales; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Helen Morales, her beloved husband, Johnny, and her son Johnny Eugene. Mary Alice was an avid homemaker, a wonderful seamstress, and enjoyed making porcelain dolls. She was successful in all endeavors. She will be deeply missed by family and friends and deeply loved. The Rosary will be at 7:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at St. Elizabeth Seton Roman Catholic Church, 9728 W. Palmeras Dr., Sun City, Arizona. Immediately following, will be the Graveside Service at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.
