RACINE - Mary Elizabeth (nee: Maroda) Yarbrough, 70, passed away at her residence on Saturday, January 9, 2016. She was born on February 8, 1945 in Downey Ca, daughter of the late Stephan and Opal (Rose) Maroda. Mary enjoyed working in the automotive industry as a Finance Manager for many years. In her free time she enjoyed cooking fabulous meals for her family and playing a mean game of cribbage. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Jody (John) Knowles, Chandra Loper and Jessica (Chad) Poteat; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mary will be dearly missed by her brothers and sisters; Judy, Michael, Richard, Susan and Stephanie. Mary is further mourned by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, her ex-husband and her nephew. Family and friends are invited to share in A Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday, January 23, 2016, 12:00 P.M at 2418 Monroe Ave, with Rev. Tony Larsen officiating. She lived, she loved, and she laughed. May she rest in peace. We Love and miss you Mom.
