Mary Elizabeth HungerfordGreenwood, IN Mary Elizabeth Hungerford died peacefully and went home to the Lord on August 28, 2017, in Greenwood, Indiana. She was born on August 1, 1932 in Princeton, New Jersey to Joseph Andrew O'Hara and Mary Kate McGuinness. Mary was married to Robert (Bob) L. Hungerford, who passed away in 2003. Bob and Mary met in Princeton, New Jersey and were married on August 7, 1954. She is survived by her sister, Ellen Stewart of Apple Valley, California; her three children, Janet Hungerford of Glendale Arizona, Mike (Heidi) Hungerford of Lake Oswego Oregon and Beth (Tim) White of Greenwood Indiana; and four grandchildren, Shane (Kelley) White of Carmel, Indiana, Mattie White of Greenwood, Indiana, Bryan Hungerford of Corvalis, Oregon, and Stacy (Jaelin) Hungerford of Portland, Oregon. Mary worked as a trained lab technician at various hospitals and doctors' offices but was primarily a loving homemaker for husband and children. In her free time, Mary enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing, and traveling around the world with Bob. Mary will always be remembered as a beloved wife and a loving mother. A Catholic Service for Mary will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017, 10:00 am, at Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, in Ventura.
