She worked at Miller's Department Store, the University of Tennessee Student Center and St. Mary's Medical Center; all in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mary also worked as a teaching assistant at Wee @ MRBC, Arlington, Texas.She was preceded in death by her parents, James F. and Nina Elizabeth Swaggerty; first husband, Lawrence Bridges; and second husband, Alton Parks.Survivors: Son, Bobby L. Bridges and wife, Judy; grandson, Christian Bridges and wife, Heather; niece/sister, Margaret Ballenger; and a host of other relatives and friends.
