After a life full of laughter and love, Mary Cook-Hunter passed away unexpectedly on February 12, 2025 in Cleveland, Ohio. Born on September 21, 1956, Mary was the beloved daughter of Estelle Cook (deceased).

Mary leaves behind her daughter Latasha Cook (deceased) and five grandchildren.

As a graduate of Hale County High School in Greensboro, Alabama in 1972, Mary went on to work at Higbee's in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio. She was known for her delicious cooking, until her health declined, as well as her love for playing Bingo and her knack for changing her phone number when someone got on her nerves!

Despite the tragic circumstances of her passing, Mary's memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, Mary Cook-Hunter.
