It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Stringer of Arlington, Georgia. Born on April 5, 1942, Mary lived a full and vibrant life before she peacefully passed away on December 24, 2025.

Mary was the beloved daughter of Robert and Margaret Stringer. She was a dedicated mother to her two children, Shirley Jenkins (married to William Ferrell) and Katie Stringer. Mary was also a proud grandmother to 10 grandchildren.

During her younger years, Mary attended Calhoun County High School where she made lasting friendships and memories. After graduating, she found her passion working at Baker at Fred’s bakery where her delicious treats brought joy to many in the community.

Mary will be remembered for her warm smile, kind heart, and amazing ability to always make those around her laugh. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
