It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Martinez, who was born on September 1, 1947 and peacefully departed on January 16, 2026 in Houston, Texas, United States.

Mary was a devoted mother to four children: Sydney Rainey, Jo Lynn Lopez, Carlotta Figerova, and Rachel Lopez. She was also a loving grandmother to ten grandchildren.

Mary had a passion for gardening and spent countless hours tending to her beautiful plants and flowers.

On January 16, 2026, Mary succumbed to complications from liver failure. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on through the love and kindness she shared with those around her.
