Martha Allen, born on December 7, 1945 in Tallahassee, Florida, passed away on October 24, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of Simeon Dewitt Phillips and Juanita Barefoot Dunkin’s.
Martha is survived by her partner, Bobby Randolph Allen, her daughter Amanda and son-in-law Jeff. She was also a loving grandmother to three grandchildren.
Martha studied at Bradford County Schools before embarking on a successful career and raising her family.
Martha will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit, her love for her family, and her dedication to those she cared about. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
