Marlene Johnson, 68, of Columbus, Ohio, passed on January 01, 2022 with her husband by her side. She was born on March 07, 1953 at Fort Rucker, Alabama to Alvin Readnour and Mary (Ruetz) Readnour. 

Marlene loved helping people, that was her passion. She loved arts and crafts. Her favorite color was purple. She loved watching hockey. 

She is survived by her husband James Johnson of 49 years, 2 son's Jim Johnson (Sarah) and Jason Johnson (Shannon). Four grandkids Keiri and Rope Johnson, Anna and James Shearer. One sister, Darlene (Ron) Hutchinson. Nieces and nephews, Katrina (Jose) Martinez and Cheri Purcell, Chris and Curt Ramey. Great nieces and nephews, Chloe (Eric) Eichhorn, Austin and Samantha Martinez. Great nephew Dominic Martinez. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Mary Readnour, sister Robin Ramey and daughter Kimberly Johnson.
