We are saddened to announce the passing of Mark Thompson, a beloved husband, father, and friend. Mark was born on November 10, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia, to James and Angela Thompson.

Mark leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, and will be deeply missed by his four children: Mark, Alysa, Justin, and Jaleel. He dedicated many years to his work as a Firefighter Technician before retiring in 2005.

Mark was a proud graduate of Northwestern High School, class of 1983. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and unwavering dedication to his family.

On August 15, 2024, Mark passed away suddenly from a heart attack. While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the joy and light he brought to our lives.

Mark, may you rest in peace knowing that you were loved by so many and will never be forgotten.
