Mark Edmondson If it is true, that the true test of a mans' wealth is in the number of his friends, then the richest man in Long Beach was Mark Edmondson. On September 9, 2013, Mark passed away at his home in Long Beach. mark was born on November 27, 1951 and attended St. Joseph Elementary, Stanford Jr High School and Millikan High School. He became a plumber first working with his father Jerry and then went on to work for himself for the remainder of his life. Mark had a myriad of interests. He was an avid water skier, worked on an Indy Car Pit Crew, loved going to the Colorado River and to UCLA Bruins football games. He is survived by his two daughters, Carrie Sciborski, Julie Mesun; his son-in-law, Mark; two granddaughters, Taylor and Brooke; his brother, Bob; and his ex wife, Bonnie.
