We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mark Shamblin, a beloved member of the Warren community. Mark, 66, was known for his kind heart and gentle spirit. He touched the lives of many with his generosity and compassion. A dedicated friend and neighbor, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
