A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 25, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Bellevue. Visitation for Dubby will be held from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the Hachmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service and again Saturday morning from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.Marita was born on July 3, 1935 in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of Daniel and Mary (Melloy) Dougherty. Those left to honor her memory, include her children, Kimberly (Michael) Glynn, of Des Moines, Michael Mootz, of Phoenix, Arizona, Patricia Murphy, of Bellevue, Nick Mootz, of Bellevue, Dawn Steigleder, of Adel, Iowa and Damian Mootz, of Bellevue; 15 grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a sister, Joan Donovan.
