Marilyn Sue Bell passed away at the age of 79 on February 14th, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on November 27th, 1938 in Springfield, Illinois to Jessie and Otis Tripplett.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her mother and father, Jessie and Otis Tripplett; her grandson, Nicholas Cochran; and her brother, Gary Tripplett. She is survived by her loving husband, James Bell; her three children, Otis (Bonnie) Bell, Ticy (Lisa) Bell and Destiny Neuhaus. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Chelsie Beck, Winston Bell, Tiffany (Matthew) Cusey, Blazer Bell, Braden Martin, Kendel (Samantha) Bell, Preston Martin, Olivia Bell and her 7 great-grandchildren.

Marilyn was a member of the Red Hat Club and loved to sew and cook. She also loved to tell stories about her life to anyone that would listen.

There will be a private ceremony held in Pinckneyville, Illinois.
