Roehrig, Marilyn Jean,90, of Louisville, was born on Sunday April 3, 1927 in Detroit, MI., to the late John and Helen (Burns) Anderson and passed from this life on Friday June 9, 2017 at Brookdale Assisted Living. She was a longtime member of Faith Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Clarence Roehrig, Jr. Left to cherish her memory is her son, John Roehrig (Brenda); and a daughter, Ellen Barry; a sister, Judy Barden (Dennis); grandchildren, David Barry (Erin), Emily Toye (Channing), Laura Benninger (Wes), and Benjamin Roehrig; and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 10 am on Monday at Faith Lutheran Church, 7635 Old Third Street Road, with interment to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son on Sunday from 2-8 pm and after 9:00 am Monday at her church. Memorial gifts may be made to her church or the donor's choice.
