May 31, 1945-Oct. 7, 2016Mrs. Marilyn Evelyn Jarrard, age 71, of Gainesville passed away on Friday Oct. 7, 2016, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Hugh Hubbard will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.Mrs. Jarrard was born on May 31, 1945, in Gaffney, S.C., to the late Sloan Benson Williams and Myrtle Earl Williams. She was a housewife and attended Refuge Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold C. Jarrard; son, Jeff C. Jarrard; brother, Jr. Williams; and son-in-law, Timothy D. Millwood.She is survived by her daughter, Angie Jarrard-Millwood; grandchildren, Jeffrey J. Jarrard, Kassie T.
