Marietta Jones, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 11, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born on March 1, 1953, to Joe and Mary Jackson.

Marietta is survived by her loving partner, Joseph Jones, and their two children, Joseph Jones Jr (spouse Stephanie Jones) and Markeisha Brown (spouse Jeremiah Brown). She was also a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren.

In addition to her family, Marietta was known for her love of hosting karaoke nights at her house every Saturday. She brought joy to those around her with her singing and dancing.
