Marianne of St. Ann Parish, JA passed peacefully away in her sleep with terminal cancer on June 12, 2022. She was 79 years old.

Born in St. Ann Parish, Jamaica, Marianne didn’t share the dream of stardom that brings so many people out her hometown. Her dream was to get married and have children. She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children. Anyone who knew them knew that she was a star in their eyes, and that’s all that ever mattered to her. She would strive do anything for family, friends, and community. The funeral will procceed at May-Pen Cemetery. Our family is grateful to know that Marianne is finally at peace.
