Marian Finke1923 - 2014Marian Finke, 90, of West Allis passed away on Thursday April 24, 2014, at Meadowmere Assisted Living in West Allis.Marian was born on Sep. 1, 1923, in Chicago Heights, Ill., the daughter of the late August and Amanda (Larson) Fredrickson. She was educated in the schools of Chicago Heights. She married Arden Finke in August of 1945 in Chicago Heights. Marian was a homemaker for many years. She was a member of the Baptist Tabernacle. Her hobbies included serving as a deaconess at Baptist Tabernacle, where her husband Arden was the former pastor. Survivors include her children, David Timothy (Gale) Finke of Alabama, James Arden (Ruth) Finke of Dallas, Tex., John Warren (Susan) Finke of Greenfield, Wis.; a niece, Sharon (Brett) Robertson of Monee, Ill.; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and a great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arden in 1992, and a sister, Greta Johnston. A visitation will be held on Sunday April 27, 2014 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 4-6 p.m. with funeral services to be held on Monday April 28, 2014 at Baptist Tabernacle at 10 a.m. Burial Skyline Memorial Park, Monee, IL.
