Maria Rosario Segovia was granted her angel wings on February 29th 2020.  Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Maria had touched in some small way throughout her short, yet very memorable life.

Maria's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Her gentle smile brought so much joy to our family.

Although she was so tiny and frail, she gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life. She loved to rock and swing. She could spend hours rocking in hes favorite chair while cuddling close to those she loved so much.  She enjoyed music and reading stories.

Maria is survived by her loving mother, Rosa of Monterrey Mexico; sisters Rosa Puente, Irma Segovia, Chuy Segovia, Miguel Segovia, Eduardo Segovia; Children, Geyro Shaw, Steve Shaw, Durward Shaw, and Belmont Shaw; And grandchildren, Tessa Shaw, Kameren Shaw, Kamilah Shaw, Adom Shaw, Maverick Shaw, and Maddox Shaw.

A Memorial service will be held at the St Ann Parish, in Lewisville Texas, March 3rd, 2020 at 6:30PM.
