It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Shaw, who peacefully left this world on April 25, 2025 in Augusta, Georgia, United States. She was born on June 10, 1976.

Maria was a loving partner to Ryan Cheek and a devoted mother to her three children, Jackie Autrey, John Autrey, and Savannah Autrey. She was also a proud grandmother to three grandchildren.

Maria was known for her passion for cooking and cleaning, and she found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was a dedicated homemaker who cherished time spent with her family and friends.

Tragically, Maria passed away due to complications from flashing bacteria and a staff infection. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
