Margarito LujanoMarch 6, 1929September 22, 2017Margarito (Margo) Lujano On September 22nd 2017 Margo passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.  Margo was born on March 6th 1929 to Jesus and Barbarita Lujano in Tonapah, Nevada. He later moved to Ruth, Nevada where he grew up.  Margo attended White Pine High School.  August 16,1950, he married Tessie Stathos.  Margo worked for Nevada Northern Railway and Kennecott Copper Company until 1956 when Kennecott closed down operations.  He then moved to Reno and worked for Feather River Lumber, Nevada Wholesale Lumber and retired from B&C Builders Supply.  Margo also owned his  own company, Right Way Janitorial. Margo and Tessie had 5 children; Connie Lujano (Walker), Marguerite Pehrson (Robert),Tony Lujano (April), Dan Lujano (Shirley), Melissa Read (David). Margo is survived by his wife Tessie Lujano,  4 children, 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Margo helped raise his nieces and a nephew which he considered his own; Barbara Robb (Mike), Jose Lujano, and Diane Sausoman (Cary). Margo was a loving and exceptional person and had many friends, including his best friend Inez Stempeck whom he loved dearly. The family would like to thank Dr. Vidur Mahadeva for all his dedication and compassionate care he provided our father.We are also grateful to Kevin Molina for his unwavering help through the more challenging times.Our heartfelt gratitude and love goes especially to Barbara, Mike & Chris Robb for all the loving care and sacrifices endured out of their love for Margo.  Margo was preceded in death by his parents Jesus and Barbarita Lujano, his sister Belen, and his precious daughter Connie. No Celebration of Life is planned at this time.  In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Nevada Humane Society.
