Margaret Calhoun, 73, of Poughkeepsie, New York, passed on July 28, 2023. Margaret was born on January 01, 1950 in Wappingers Falls New York, where she attended School and graduated from Wappingers Falls High School.

Upon family moving to Poughkeepsie, New York, she was baptized at an early age at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Poughkeepsie, New York under the leadership of the late Rev. Thomas J. Jenkins where she joined the Usher Board and also served as one of the Sunday School teachers.

Upon her move to Beacon, she met and married the late William E Morgan Sr. and over the years they became the proud parents of six children.

Margaret leaves to cherish the precious memories of 2 sons, Northern Calhoun (Margie), Marshall Calhoun (Barbara); 4 daughters, Wilhelmina Calhoun, Brenda Calhoun (Arnold), Marie Calhoun, Marcia Jean Senk; sister-in-law, Emelita Williams; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grands
