He was born on November 5, 1971 in Visalia, CA to Manuel and Della Bursiaga. Manuel went through school in Woodlake. While in high school Manuel played on the football team when the Woodlake Tiger's won their Valley Championship in 1989. After high school he worked as a maintenance mechanic for MAF Industries and his job took him to various states and countries. Manuel loved spending time outdoors- playing horseshoes, barbequing, and building bonfires with his friends and family. Anyone who came into contact with Manuel became an instant friend.Manuel is preceded in death by grandparents Chon and Angie Rivas and Augustine and Margarita Bursiaga; also by his father-in-law Pastor Eddie Romero. He is survived by the love of his life Melissa Romero; parents, Manuel and Della Bursiaga; children, Jessica Bursiaga, Alexandria Quiroz, Caprice Bursiaga and Nikko Bursiaga; grandchildren, Ethen Quiroz and Eastyn Quiroz; and siblings Danny and Christina Bursiaga; he has 7 nieces and nephews and numerous aunts and uncles in the Visalia/Orosi area. A rosary will be prayed before the viewing at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 and the viewing will follow from 6-8 pm at the Woodlake Christian Center, 799 N. Valencia Blvd, Woodlake, CA. Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Woodlake Christian Center with the burial to follow at Woodlake Cemetery.
