Born on September 10, 1945, in Guwahati, Assam, India, he dedicated his life to serving others through his work in Legal Metrology and his service in NCA Cadet. He was a devoted partner to his spouse, Krishna Talukdar, and a loving father to his four children.
Mr. Talukdar will be remembered for his kind heart, his passion for reading, and his unwavering dedication to his family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
