Malani Dawson-Myers, born on March 28, 2025, in Columbia, South Carolina, United States, passed away on April 23, 2025. She was the beloved daughter of Carlos Dawson Jr. and Destiny Myers-Samuel. She has also has two older brothers Messiah and Xavion Smith.

Malani was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. Her infectious smile and kind heart touched everyone she met. She was just a precious newborn baby. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Malani leaves behind her grieving parents, Carlos and Destiny, as well as a host of relatives and loved ones who will forever cherish her memory.

Although Malani did not have any children of her own, she fostered love and joy wherever she went. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
