It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Makayla Marzillier, who tragically passed away on October 28, 2025. She was born on June 13, 2013 in Dallas, Texas to her mother Denise.
Makayla was a talented individual who dedicated her time to her work in basketball. She had a passion for the sport and excelled in her career. Outside of her work, she enjoyed playing basketball, creating art, and watching baseball games.
Despite her young age, Makayla made a lasting impact on those around her with her vibrant personality and kind heart. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and colleagues.
While Makayla did not have any children of her own, she was loved and cherished by all who knew her. Her presence will forever be cherished in our hearts.
