McGraw, LulaLula McGraw, 98, of Montgomery Alabama, passed away on January 9 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Visitation will be Leak Memory Chapel from 12:30-2PM on January 14. Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM with Pastors Joel McGraw and Dr. Michael Gravette officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are by Leak Memory Chapel. Lula McGraw was born on October 25, 1918, in Brownville, Alabama to Malcomb and Mary Brown. She was married for 66 years to the late Vernon McGraw. She was a business school graduate and worked as a bookeeper before becoming a full time wife and mother. She was a member of Dalraida Baptist Church for 61 years where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday School, and was active in WMU. She loved and served her family and her Lord faithfully. Her life and her death were such a testament to her faith. Her last days were filled with prayers and praise, "It hurts so bad, thank you, Father". She is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon, her parents, Malcomb and Mary, two sisters, Mary and Dot, and five brothers, Fred, Donnie, Ralph, Horace, and Hugh. Lula McGraw is survived by her children, Vernon McGraw, Jr. (Marilyn), Ken McGraw (Sandra), Anita Dabbs (Brian), seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Services will be held at Leak-Memory Chapel, Saturday January 14, 2017, at 2PM. Visitation at 1230PM. Memorials may be given to the Church Planting Fund at
