Luckner Ulysse, 97, of Port au Prince Haiti passed on February 21, 2023. Luckner was born on March 20, 1925. He is survived by his 3 children: Jean Marc Ulysse, Sr, Luckner Ulysse,Jr and Altagracia Scott.

Luckner ulysse  worked his entire life for the National Bank of Haiti, where he became the Vice Governor in 1982, and Director of the National Territorial Customs in 1988. He was a man of God, very loving family man, a man of character, a true gentleman, an avid reader; and loved playing piano and accordion, watching soccer and sports on TV, and spending time with his grandchildren.
