Lucille was born on March 15, 1951, and grew up surrounded by the beauty of California. She lived a full and happy life, always putting her family first.
Lucille was a loving wife to her devoted partner, Gary, and together they raised two wonderful children, Jennifer and Richard. Jennifer is married to James, and they shared a special bond with their mother.
Lucille was a cherished grandmother to four adoring grandchildren, Donovan Smith, Ryan Smith, Derrick Rasher and Logan Rasher, who brought her immense joy and laughter throughout her life.
Lucille will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
