Lovina Howard, 80, of Harlan, Kentucky, passed on April 27, 2023. Lovina was born on July 24, 1942.

Lovina was born and raised in Harlan, KY. Lovina is predeceased by her husband Reed Howard,(82),mother Nanny Howard. Survived by her children: Edward Howard with wife Tammy Howard. Noble Howard with wife Lisa Howard. Daughter Linda Howard. She was an amazing woman and woman of God. She loved to.attend church and go on family vacations. She had 13 Grandchildren, Matthew, Chrystal, Cindy, Cassie, Misty, Daniel, Michelle, Tracy, Kimberly, Tabitha, Tiffany, Tasha, Stephanie. With 25 great grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, and other family and friends.

Services will be held May 4th 2023. Viewing for immediate family will be 11am to 1pm. With friends allowed 1pm to 2pm. Funeral services will start at 230p. With afterwards following to Rest Haven Cemetery. Flowers, donations, and condolences may be accepted too.
