Louis Hernandez Sr. 70, of Houston, Texas, passed on February 10, 2023. Louis was born on August 19, 1952 to Aurora and Pilar Hernandez Sr. along with five sisters and three brothers; Josie, Gloria, Esther, Delores, Mary, Robert, Pilar Jr. and Rudy. Popooley was a loving father to Louis Jr, Lisa, Selso, and Christopher. A Grandfather to Desiree, Lacinda, Jaelin ,Shawn, Sophia, Alison, Chelsea, and Jordan . The biggest fan of the Texans and Tejano music. Popooley would watch every second of those games. He loved to entertain with that handy ole cam recorder.
