Zelzer, Louis FredMadison - Louis Fred Zelzer, age 96, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. He was born on August 29, 1920, in Green Bay, the son of Louis Frank and Della (Busse) Zelzer. Louis served in the Navy during WWII. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Paeps on December 10, 1945, in Philadelphia, PA.Louis is survived by his two daughters, Diane Reynolds and Gayle Remus; two grandchildren, Chris and Michelle Remus and 6 great-grandchildren, Caden, Ariana, Maurice, Terence, Jerome and Jayla.He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife and his brother, Jack Zelzer.A visitation will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Avenue, on Monday, November 21, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Monona.
