Louetta Margaret Broderick Of Mill Valley, CA peacefully passed away Saturday, November 19th at Marin General Hospital. She was just days away from her 87th Birthday. She was born on November 29th, 1929 in Covina, CA. Her family moved to Oregon and then Montana. She is a graduate of University of Montana. Lou was a stewardess with Trans World Airlines based out of Chicago, where she met and married William T. Broderick. They relocated to San Francisco, CA in 1957, moving to Mill Valley just prior to the birth of their first child. She worked as a Realtor for over 25 years in Marin County. She is survived by; her three daughters, Linda Gill (married to Michael Gill), Bonnie Broderick (married to Stacy Geiken) and Jill O'Callahan (married to James O'Callahan) and twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild, and was predeceased by William Broderick in 2007. Lou was very fond of her children, grand and great grandchildren, spending all of the major holidays with family and friends. She was very active in local organizations; a life member of the Marin Outdoor Art Club, American Association of University Women and Who's Who International. She had a rye sense of humor and a distinct Phyllis Diller type laugh that could be heard often. She was also a world traveller, an avid tennis player and downhill skier. A private memorial will be held in Marin County.
