A kind and loving man passed peacefully at his home in Petaluma, CA early Sunday morning in the arms of his loved ones. He will be missed by Patty, his wife of 56 years; son, Jeff; daughters, Marci (Jeff) and Wendy (Dale); and grandkids, Jeffrey, Ajay, Kandyce and Steven. His family came above all else. He also leaves two sisters, Madeline and Marie, and their families.

Born in Pennsylvania he was a lifelong fan of the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins. He enjoyed hunting and fishing of all kinds. He and Patty traveled the world and knew the importance of “stopping to smell the roses”. He was a founding father of the Valley Little League and its first President. He made a positive difference in his community. He was a builder by trade and was proud of his 30 years as a union carpenter. Yes, he was a kind and loving man.
