Lorraine Smith, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on August 24, 2024, in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Lorraine was born on September 20, 1939, to Edward and Ann Ostrowski. She married the love of her life, William Smith, in 1965, and they had three children - William, Jeffrey, and Susan.

Lorraine was a graduate of Plainfield High School, class of 1957. She worked at Allstate Insurance before retiring in 1966. In her free time, Lorraine enjoyed knitting and spending time with her five grandchildren.

Lorraine will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in honor of Lorraine's battle with CHF.
