She grew up in a close-knit family, cherishing every moment spent with her siblings, Clora Stiger, Larry Brown, Janice Brown, Barbara Brown, Penroy Jr Brown., and Lawanda Thompson (Sammy). Known for her gentle spirit and compassionate nature, Loretta's kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.Loretta's infectious laughter was legendary during her childhood. It had the power to brighten any room and uplift the spirits of those around her. Her contagious joy spread like wildfire, captivating everyone in its path.
