We are sad to announce the passing of Lorenzo Rush, who left this world on November 7, 2023, at the age of 55. He was born on October 21, 1968, in Plano, Illinois to proud parents Artez and Mona Rush.

Lorenzo was a loving husband to his wife Veronica Rush, whom he married in 1987. Together, they raised three wonderful children: Dazhey Washington, Dajashina Clark, and Bernard Clark. He was also a doting grandfather to five grandchildren.

Lorenzo was a graduate of Proviso West High School, class of 1986. He was known for his kindness, sense of humor, and his love for his family. He was always there to lend a helping hand or crack a joke to lift your spirits.

Although he will be dearly missed, Lorenzo's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Rest in peace, Lorenzo. You will always be remembered with love and laughter.
