Llanira A. Ouchley, 86, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 in El Paso, Texas. She was born on January 1, 1931 in Panama. Llanira is preceded in death by her husband Sylvester Ouchley and son Jim Ouchley. She is survived by her sons: Sylvester Ouchley, Jr., and Robert Earl Ouchley, daughter Maritza Oaks, grandchild Timothy, brother-in-law Eugene and wife Sharon, as well as nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 9:00am to 12:00pm with Reflections at 11:00am on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Homes Northeast.
