Lionel Jones, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 28, 2024, in Rochester, New York, United States. He was born on July 14, 1955, to Ronald Jones and Selly Johnson-Jones.
Lionel leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to his family. He is survived by his six children: Rebecca, Lionel Jr., Shannon, Russell, Anthony, and Ashley. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren.
Lionel was a dedicated student at John Marshall High School, where he excelled academically and made lifelong friendships. He had a passion for fishing and spent many days on the water, enjoying the peacefulness of the outdoors.
On June 28, 2024, Lionel tragically passed away due to a heart attack compounded by complications from Covid-19. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
