Lindsay Harper Collins, the daughter of Stephanie Ann Collins (now passed) and Robert Dru Collins on April 20, 2011. She was born in San Antonio in Texas but later moved to a foster home in Maryland, Baltimore when she was 5 years of age. There she lived with Joshua William ,and Megan William as her adopted parents. She passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2021, on the cusp of 10 years old because of a combination of drowning and a laceration at a swimming pool in her adopted parents backyard. Lindsay had long blonde hair that was always in pigtails, with fair skin, and green eyes and always changing mood. It is safe to say that she will be missed by many.
