Linda Lee MercerAugust 4, 1946 - February 6, 2016Linda Lee Mercer, passed away in a Boise care facility on Saturday evening, February 6, 2016. Linda was born on August 4, 1946 to Elizabeth Lefler of Wilder, Idaho and Lee Dunbar of Chicago, Illinois. Linda was raised and attended school in the town of Wilder, where she graduated from high school. She married Michael Mercer, also of Wilder, and through this union three children were born. Mike and Linda lived in many locations throughout their married life eventually ending up in Texas. The marriage ended in divorce, and Linda returned to Idaho.Linda leaves behind three children, Heather (Michael) Doke, and their sons Marshall, Travis, and Weston of Celina, TX; Steven (Tonya) Mercer and their son, Dakota of Spring, TX; and Patrick (Megan) Mercer and their son, Jonathan of Dallas, TX; two sisters, Caryl Combes and Patty McNeill both of Boise; and numerous nieces and nephews.The family would like to thank the caregivers and nurses at Marquis of Shaw Mountain Road Friendship House, in Boise and Karcher Estates in Nampa.
